I have been trying to reset my password but I don’t receive anything in my email. I emailed for help but no one emailed me back regarding the issue. I provided my phone number and all the information. I need access to my medical files and blood results. This app just doesn’t work and terrible

The APP no longer works for me. I’ve deleted and reloaded still nothing. I rely heavily on it on the phone and now it’s gone. I would have given it 5 stars when I could access it. Now I can’t so it’s useless. It forces you to give 1 star but it’s actually 0 stars as it doesn’t work

I cannot see into my daughter’s account, the app crashes and I can’t even log in.
I can’t see her appointments when I login from the computer. And I cannot get a hold of anyone.
