I cannot log into web app due to misplaced name and/or password. This is for the app with an IP address, not my account. How can I reset or find nm/pw so that I may access app settings?

I'm trying to create an account and when I click 'Join Now' I get ZERO ERRORS it acts like its going to do something because the 'Join Now' button grays out but it then just un-grayes and thats it. No errors no anything. Any ideas?
MyFrontier app will not download!
Since it is impossible to sign onto Frontier.com no matter which browser..Firefox. Edge. Chrome. I have to change my password each and every time. I can only sign on once before having to change password again!!!!! I downloaded the app to my cell phone. HOWEVER, the APP .only allows me to look at or pay for ONE of the TWO lines that we have. We have TWO numbers...one business and one residential...... How the HELL am I supposed to pay my phone service via internet or via the app. You cannot even talk to a human about my service. I need access to BOTH numbers. I want to make some changes or additions to one of the phone lines and need to discuss with a HUMAN BEING.
