A proper Back up puts all the files that were on a device in a safe place place and has all those files stored together in the same back medium so, it is easy to retrieve them and use them to restore what was on the device that was backed up. That's not what the software does.

Only a few types of files are backed up and major categories of critical and irreplaceable files are completely neglected. It's worse than just a partial back up as it's so deficient that it just adds confusion to everything. This is really sad because otherwise it works so easily and so effectively and efficiently and has absolutely no problems. If it backed everything out like it should it would be excellent software .

Apples back up is crippled by tremendous ambiguity of what it does and does not back up and telephone support that claims it backs up everything when it doesn't. I was hoping your software would be as good as the excellent this app back up software for windows and solve these issues, but its far from that.

I have had Acronis on my NAS drive for quite some time. My family uses it because cloud backups that come with phones are horrible.
Long story short: I was able to mirror my iPhone 6s to the iPhone X when it came out. I just had to login to the apps themselves. My X just crapped out. So, I ordered the 11 Max Pro. I was expecting to just mirror the phone to the New iPhone but that is simply not the case. There is no option for “recover everything” anymore. What happened to that wonderful tool???? Just upsetting because now I have to burn hours looking at my old phone and manually downloading everything other that “picture, videos, contacts and calendars”.

Am I missing something?

Great app for backing up your phone’s contacts, photos, calendars, and reminders, but it does not include your apps and their settings. For that reason, you need another backup tool, such as iTunes, or set your iPhone to backup to the iCloud whenever you plug it in at night. I’d give this app Mobile 5 stars if it included the apps and settings.

The backup feature has been met with frustration! Acronis continually say a backup in progress and won’t allow me to restore my contacts. I can see the contacts, but app doesn’t stop the continuous backup even when I cancel! It does let you view your contacts and send them individually , but then, what an inconvenience!

Best backup! Never notice it, until you need it. Then it is always there!

Appears to be working as intended now - I successfully backed up my contacts, calendar and reminders without a problem.

Perhaps this app is not aware of the use for an iPad Pro 12.9 with a keyboard that one might use with this ipad, in LANDSCAPE MODE? Perhaps this app needs to purchase an iPad and put it in LANDSCAPE MODE, with a keyboard connected to it, such as a Logi Slim Folio Pro?... then this app might understand the short sightedness of making a PORTRAIT only app for the iPad?

Cannot open files on Acronis right now and that is the entire reason I switched to this product from Carbonite.

Doesn’t work. Tech support bad, instructions they sent me almost incomprehensible.

I tried this app cloud, it takes forever…. They need to test these before releasing it here. Not worth a penny

Works on the pc but the mobile app doesn’t work. I have screens with “backup completed” and yet no backups appear.

No support for most recent and most popular 2019 & 2020 Synology NAS models, such as DS1819+ etc.
Looks like you are not interested to expand your business.

I paid for my renewal via PayPal but your system still shows expired. What gives???

Drops communication

There was no mention of a charge anywhere. I touched “Get” and it downloaded and said you you are charged.

No mention of how much charged

You did not inform me that I would be charged

Fraudulently misleading

this app cloud download and uploads speeds are terrible! Not my ISP or speed to their server location.

Nothing there

this app has completely changed iOS App from a useful mobile app that would allow access to all your files already backed up to cloud from other computers, to a very simple app to backup contacts and photos on iOS to the cloud! There are tones of free apps and better yet iCloud to backup contacts and photos to cloud so this is not really enticing enough!
Unfortunately as an old subscriber, I didn't even get a heads-up email that they are removing this feature and one day that my mobile app didn't connect I realized they have removed the old app from Apple store and replaced it with this new much less useful app!

I've been looking for a way to transfer all 5,000 of my pictures from my iphone to my samsung tablet and dell laptop for a long time. Finally i found Acronis and it seriously is a lifesaver. I can't say enough good thing about it! Extremely easy to use and setup. No issues whatsoever in transferring large batches of pics/ videos or just a few pics here and there. Great features.

Acronismobile This is a good application, have the potential to grow in the future, easy to use, whether ng understand little about technology, will adapt right from the first use. Very useful, when I used to see all the good, the good of it, I like it, I will introduce and share my friends know about this application. Firstly encouraged to donate 5 star app. Thanks manufacturer has created a great app 😍😍😍

Can’t change password. Know defect per this app Engineers. Version 5.03 supposed to fix, but not available yet. Unusable till fixed.

App works great now. Their support team was very responsive to issue for me personally.

Can not open pdf or xlsx or docx files from cloud back up
