A proper Back up puts all the files that were on a device in a safe place place and has all those files stored together in the same back medium so, it is easy to retrieve them and use them to restore what was on the device that was backed up. That's not what the software does.

Only a few types of files are backed up and major categories of critical and irreplaceable files are completely neglected. It's worse than just a partial back up as it's so deficient that it just adds confusion to everything. This is really sad because otherwise it works so easily and so effectively and efficiently and has absolutely no problems. If it backed everything out like it should it would be excellent software .

Apples back up is crippled by tremendous ambiguity of what it does and does not back up and telephone support that claims it backs up everything when it doesn't. I was hoping your software would be as good as the excellent acronis back up software for windows and solve these issues, but its far from that.

The backup feature has been met with frustration! The app continually say a backup in progress and won’t allow me to restore my contacts. I can see the contacts, but app doesn’t stop the continuous backup even when I cancel! It does let you view your contacts and send them individually , but then, what an inconvenience!

Perhaps Acronis is not aware of the use for an iPad Pro 12.9 with a keyboard that one might use with this ipad, in LANDSCAPE MODE? Perhaps Acronis needs to purchase an iPad and put it in LANDSCAPE MODE, with a keyboard connected to it, such as a Logi Slim Folio Pro?... then Acronis might understand the short sightedness of making a PORTRAIT only app for the iPad?
