Just frustrated with this new update that clearly hasn’t been fully tested. Can’t send my photos to the collect app (WeTransfer’s previous way of downloading WeTransfer files). Whenever I try to “open in collect app” it just takes me to the iOS App Store even though I already have the collect app. Once there, I still can’t even get my images into the collect app. I’d much rather only have one single app, rather than two, just to download my images.

Even if I were able to get it into the collect app, this PAID update has just forced me to take extra steps just to get my files into the collect app. I thought updates were supposed to make things easier and more streamlined, not make things more difficult and time consuming.

Another major flaw is when I click on the email link, it takes me to the collect app. Why not take me to this this app app? Why do I have to copy and paste from the email? The email hyperlinks need to be fixed or allow us to choose this app or the Collect App.

Overall, extremely dissatisfied.

I have been looking for an app like this for such a long time. I read the reviews and most people said that it was fine. I download it and try it, but it doesn’t download any videos. It saves it as an image and doesn’t save to camera roll. It made me so upset. Sorry, but I’m giving this two stars until it’s fixed. Two stars probably doesn’t make sense over a stupid download but I have been looking forever for something like this and it didn’t work.

I’ve been looking for an app to save videos from twitter to my camera roll and i thought I finally found one. I used it once and it seemed to work perfectly so I payed for the full app. Now it doesn’t go to my camera roll and there’s no option/button that allows me to do that? Anyone else have this problem? Maybe I just don’t know how to use WeDownload but it worked fine the first time

So first of all I barely ever write reviews I’m pretty sure last time I wrote a review was in 2016. Now that we have that minor thing down WeDownload is on usable first time I tried it in so I can time dinner work and completely deleted my My paste and I really don’t want to go back and grab my link again and again and it’s sketchy in my opinion because they say nothing about Buying a full version of WeDownload and there’s nothing wrong with it it just came without saying anything about it which seemed sketchy to me.

Legitimately works. You can only have the first 5 for free but this is the only app I found that makes it super easy to copy a link and have it save to your camera roll

Why does WeDownload require read access of my photo library? Potentially a life saving app however cannot trust it with such access! 3 star rating just because this may not be a concern for everyone, but hope the dev can correct this to just write acces so WeDownload can be used without concern. Thanks!

I have a simple question. I would like to upload a video and send the recipient a link for it. Nowhere in WeDownload or on the website is there customer service. If your question isn’t listed on the FAQs, you’re on your own. Would rather have burned my $3 then to buy WeDownload. Maybe someone from this company can make themselves available and answer my question.

It’s fast it works well and is very
easy to use. I have had it for a long time.
Never had a problem with it.

This use to work well when I downloaded it last year and paid for it, but now when I try to download files of up to 200MB, it just takes almost an hour or it doesn’t download at all.

I gave your app a couple chances but there seems to be no form of contacting the developer, even on their website. I requested a refund. Your app doesn't work to download even the smallest of content and the description of WeDownload in WeDownload store is deceiving. Please provide contact info for your future users.

So far besides a couple of minor issues works just fine good app

It worked the first time I used it. So I clearly decided to pay for it but what do you know. Afterwards, it didn’t work anymore. WeDownload is glitchy. When I download something, it says watch and nothing is there. It has a placeholder that has no content. Absolutely useless

I tried using WeDownload to download videos from Pinterest but WeDownload doesn’t even download them into my photos and videos! Also, WeDownload only allows you to “save” videos or pictures five times and then afterwards, they have you pay $2.99!

WeDownload has been so helpful in making my business run smooth! No issues at all and easy to use.

Once I paste the link in WeDownload and it “successfully downloads” and saves into my documents, it isn’t a link to anything. Just a series of numbers that takes me to an untitled web page. Tried operating WeDownload on both my phone and computer, neither worked. Absolute waste of $2.99.

App is handy whenever I need to download a big file to my phone, on the go.

Just spent an hour trying to download some wedding pictures. App took like 25 minutes Ro download. Instructions after that were infuriating. For those that like it, I am glad for you. For me and my friend and her husband (parents of the groom), it was $2.99 down the drain and a horrible disappointment.

I am a believer in this product. Never had a glitch.

Love this service and WeDownload makes it so much easier to use this service on Apple devices.

Worked once before, then I pay for the full app because I planned to use it extensively for a project and all of a sudden, videos no longer download. It just leaves me with a series of numbers which don’t open into anything. Waste of 3 bucks!!

This is an outstanding app which works really well!

It works fine you jut have to pay. I would pay for it.
