Just frustrated with this new update that clearly hasn’t been fully tested. Can’t send my photos to the collect app (WeTransfer’s previous way of downloading WeTransfer files). Whenever I try to “open in collect app” it just takes me to the iOS App Store even though I already have the collect app. Once there, I still can’t even get my images into the collect app. I’d much rather only have one single app, rather than two, just to download my images.
Even if I were able to get it into the collect app, this PAID update has just forced me to take extra steps just to get my files into the collect app. I thought updates were supposed to make things easier and more streamlined, not make things more difficult and time consuming.
Another major flaw is when I click on the email link, it takes me to the collect app. Why not take me to this WeDownload app? Why do I have to copy and paste from the email? The email hyperlinks need to be fixed or allow us to choose WeDownload or the Collect App.
Overall, extremely dissatisfied.

So first of all I barely ever write reviews I’m pretty sure last time I wrote a review was in 2016. Now that we have that minor thing down The app is on usable first time I tried it in so I can time dinner work and completely deleted my My paste and I really don’t want to go back and grab my link again and again and it’s sketchy in my opinion because they say nothing about Buying a full version of the app and there’s nothing wrong with it it just came without saying anything about it which seemed sketchy to me.

I have a simple question. I would like to upload a video and send the recipient a link for it. Nowhere in this app or on the website is there customer service. If your question isn’t listed on the FAQs, you’re on your own. Would rather have burned my $3 then to buy this app. Maybe someone from this company can make themselves available and answer my question.
