My Smartlink app is not working on my iPhone. It will not allow me to logon with my Face ID or password

- Guardian misrepresented contract transfers and did not honor what their staff told the reviewer without multiple phone calls and speaking with a supervisor.
- The app crashes frequently and does not communicate well with remote devices.
