- Guardian misrepresented contract transfers and did not honor what their staff told the reviewer without multiple phone calls and speaking with a supervisor.

- The app crashes frequently and does not communicate well with remote devices.

- The loading time to pull up who is at the door is too long and the camera on the doorbell randomly kicks the reviewer off.

- The app takes a long time to arm the system and sometimes times out stating it's disarmed.

- The system constantly delays notices and doesn't arm as promptly as expected in an emergency.

How to fix Guardian Protection app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Guardian Protection app on iPhone
Update Guardian Protection app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Guardian Protection iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Guardian Protection on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Guardian Protection network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Guardian Protection Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Guardian Protection not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Guardian Protection App
1. On android, goto Settings » Guardian Protection » click [Force Stop]

Update Guardian Protection to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Guardian Protection App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Guardian Protection » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Guardian Protection.

Fix Guardian Protection unable to contact server/ Guardian Protection internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Guardian Protection » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Guardian Protection » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Guardian Protection
