App hasn't work or 4 day. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still no luck. It will not update
Onstar Guardian app does not update location for all family members. For one, getting “updating “ message for several seconds and then “retry”
Location stopped working. Onstar support no help. Onstar knows about the issue but hasn't fixed it!
My Onstar Guardian app fails to track my wife's movement through the city. Settings on both of our phones have not changed. Beyond frustrating! Used to track just fine until a few days ago.
It hasn't worked for 3 days. My husband is a truck driver and I feel closer to him with him to know where he is. They show him in California but he is home in az. I am frustrated!
My Onstar Guardian app is not locating family members when traveling
Told me to password was changed for some reason. Tried to go back in and change password could not change password the save button did not light up for me to go forward. I don't even know why it said my password was changed anyway. Now I can't get into the application
I had to change my password. OnStar showed it was a strong password but the the Save button isn't doing anything when I click on it. I've tried several times. Even reset the password again and still got stuck at the same place I've had a lot of previous problems with the app. I've lost the most important OnStar features to me when it no longer supported 2G 2014 vehicles and now I continue to have app problems.
My issue is that when I click on “Roadside,” it just loads. I’ve had a a log open on 1/12/2023 and promises that a supervisor would call me - crickets! I’ve logout and deleted the app a number of times and took my entire family off of the app. On January 11, I tested the app and everything worked! I sent invites to my family and it was working on their phones as well. Frustrated!
The guardian app keeps telling me to login and accept the new terms, when I do that it works fine, then 10 minutes later it tells me to do this again. This is continuous.
After logging in and doing 'create family', the only other thing that happens is a never-ending set of screens to give permissions. The app never completes this and no other screen apears.
Why do I have to keep the app active on my cell phone? I do not like to keep apps open.

Not updating location as I move from one place to another. Gets stuck on last location and doesn’t updated.

The Guardian app lets me put my information in and final screen thanks me and states my account is activated and I will receive an email. I never received an email and app take me back to subscribe screen!
App keeps crashing

Guardian app loads and shows both family members but when I click on my wife's icon it immediately crashes and closes.

Doesnt show family member, still notifies whennthey leave or go into a set area but does not show up on the map and says there location is off when everything is on
