It keeps saying parameters missing or malformed when i try to hire a bike! Can't use!
Same problem for me since April. Can’t add/update card details (that are the same as always). Same SDK message as others are getting. Can’t use the app. Very frustrating!
Kept getting error messages when I tried to ‘renew subscription’ and use a bike today. Tried re-entering card details and got the same error messages about parameters etc
The app removed my payment method and won’t let me pay on any of my cards?
Same issue - "SDK not initialised" and "Parameters missing or malformed" error messages when attempting to renew subscription. Deleted and reinstalled app but this did not solve. Had this issue both this morning and on 1 June.

Since last week, the app, which I use every week, isn't working. I get the error message 'Parameters missing or malformed' after I've selected the location for bike hire. No options/instructions to do anything else, and nothing on the Santander bikes website. PLEASE FIX.

Please Fix this app asap, for weeks I been using the machine to rent bikes. Other people I meet at Santander bike racks have the same app problems where you cannot enter card details. Message says SDK problem. Well FIX THIS STUPID SDK ISSUE ASAP. You are taking too long, this issue has been going on for weeks. LAZY

Same as above Every time I try and use the app the payment fails - it hasn't retained my card information and after I put it in, the app just doesn't respond or allow me to progress to payment or provide a code.
