Santander cycle took from my card £34 almost 2 months after I used and paid for use the bike. I deleted the account probably a month ago, and then now I just checked this in my card. I would like a refund.
Hello, good afternoon. I'm complaining about an incident involving an improper payment. Our bank account was charged for no apparent reason. The improper payment occurred on a day when we hadn't used any bikes and we didn't have an active subscription. Yesterday, we used the service once, and then we started having problems. We had a 24-hour subscription, and it only let us check out one bike. Please immediately request a full refund of the amount and a refund for a 24-hour subscription, as it only let us check out one bike at a time, even though we had two active 24-hour subscriptions.
App won’t let me add a us credit card — specially the post code field won’t take an American zip code. So I can’t use the bikes. What can I do please?
Hello I would like to cancel the subscription. I come to London only for one week and I used only once but the system charged me second time . Please help me to solve this problem

Please don’t use the app. For whatever reason the issues are not resolved and they end up overcharging the credit card. They then promise you a credit within a few days. Never happens. Please use cash if you can. Customer service completely unhelpful. Small amounts but nightmare from hell. Love the cycles but lousy support. Over charged 20 gbp so far....

I used it for 5 months then When I needed it At 2 am to cycle home I couldn’t rent a bike. First it kept asking me for more payment details but would not accept them. Then they told be to redownload the app so I did and now it shows 0 bikes 0 docks anywhere and says error. How unsafe people depend on this!

Got a bunch of codes that I was charged for and none worked! Ended up getting codes from the Kiosk and some didn’t work as well... we needed 4 bikes and it was such a hassle... at the end you don’t really know what was charged and how much you paid extra!
