Easy to use, but with issues
So the good thing about this app is that it’s easy to use, a great tool for a beginner like me. However, there is one HUGE issue that this app has. If you want to go back and work on a project you’ve been working on that you’ve saved, too bad because your saved project won’t load! It won’t matter if you turn your iPad/iPhone off and on or go back to the app later, you’ll just have to cross your fingers and pray that it loads. It won’t. So to anyone out there considering loading this app, please keep in mind you may not be able to edit your projects the next day or even in the next hour because it will not load.

It shows potential but needs work
It kept glitching out. When I try to change the color of the frame, the frame covers the entire picture. Also, changing the color of text took about 6 tries before it actually applied the change. Basically changing anything from the default setting (especially color) glitches or takes numerous tries for it to actually be applied. I like Ribbet on my PC but it's just not working for me on my iPhone. 😕😕

Won’t let me cancel my subscription
Last year I tried to cancel my subscription and it was to no avail, my money was taken from me. And now this year I am trying to cancel it once again before the expiration period, and it does not give me anywhere an option to cancel my subscription or to delete the account. I have tried both on my phone and on my laptop please help!
