How to fix Ribbet app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Ribbet app on iPhone
Update Ribbet app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Ribbet iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Ribbet on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Ribbet network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Ribbet Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Ribbet not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Ribbet App
1. On android, goto Settings » Ribbet » click [Force Stop]

Update Ribbet to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Ribbet App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Ribbet » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Ribbet.

Fix Ribbet unable to contact server/ Ribbet internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Ribbet » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Ribbet » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Ribbet
