Even though I’m signed in the app doesn’t register it and only allows me to watch two minute videos. Called Amazon and got my money back. The app is terrible!

Some of the content does not play, seems to freeze (especially history documentaries), then loops between 3 photo's. very frustrating. Other programes play, no problem. Every now and again the sound disappears, then I must re load, does not always sort the problem out. How do I fix this?

Want to watch curiosity stream app on my Motorola but it plays a few seconds and then stops and displays in the middle where play icon would be, "back 15ish, casting, forward 15ish". The video time stamp is usually -value/+value.
