I created a profile and at next login it asked documents to verify. It would not let me in or do anything until I send documents. There's no option to bypass this . This is just a matrimony not a Govt. Agency. Why would I trust and send my documents? I tried support chat and asked to delete the account. Guess what? The url link the bot gives goes nowhere (500 - server error). No humans there. So, now they have my data, don't let me do anything and who knows, they'll make an Aadhaar card on my name and use it. Shady and fraud company. Keep away from this nasty business.

Just like you do not buy something if you do not see it. Here I am trying to share my life and going in completely blind. I do not think hiding pic should be choice if you are a paying customer.

Totally useless. Did not find any suitable woman in an year. Mostly because women are all seeking out of their league types. But Jeevansathicom can also proactively do something about curbing the greed

This company charged me fraudantly and not taking any responsibility to give me refund. Yes, they have fake profiles too. I am requesting manager to contact me so I can explain. I called their customer service but their portal is not client friendly

Bad application cant see my matches anymore. Everything looks white. Also tried on desktop same issue

Lot of fake profiles floating around I don’t recommend Jeevansathicom. Please don’t share your numbers and social media info. Instead ask there parents contact and first talk to them.

I spent over an hour signing up and making a profile. Then the next day I tried to sign in and their system says there’s no account associated with my email address.

Jeevansathicom is noting other than scam. I open my account, and they reach to me via my WhatsApp and demand for money so I decide be to pay after sometime they block my account demand for my identity and my passport, I ask my money back. they never responded.

Buggy application.. many things don’t work and have stupid validation procedures.

Gave up on Jeevan saathi .. they don’t care and just want your subscription money .

Gave one star because I was able to upload pictures.

You cannot see the pictures of the members even if you match with them. They ask you to pay. How crazy is that. This is the absolute worst app I’ve ever registered on. There’re other apps that are reasonably priced and don’t have such restrictions.

I’ve installed Jeevansathicom 2 months ago and have been seeing a lot of Malaysian profiles. Initially I’ve accepted one match since it was matching my preferences. After talking for couple of days she starts asking me to enroll in some cryptocurrency website and provide my documents. I immediately knew it was a scam and blocked her.

Similar accounts from Malaysia location have very good looking girls pictures in their profile. They send interest on their own, start chatting and later provide their number to reach out on whatsapp. If this happens, then it’s 100% a scam!!!

Never in a million years will a good looking girl, from Malaysia will ever reach out on her own providing her whatsapp number. It’s too good to be true! Be careful guys!!

I’m 99% sure that Jeevansathi app admins know about these fake profiles. Maybe they are a scamming app who pretend to be a matrimony app who knows….?

They started a new membership where they will charge you 45 dollars but you won’t be able to see any contact details . I don’t get it why you would even offer such a membership which is utter useless and scamming people .

These people call me at 5 30 am without my permission, I don’t have the option to hide my phone number, so any creep can contact me, and has some very creepy people.. it’s a shame because there are also good profiles on it, but the cons are too bad..

This is one of the weirdest app which doesn’t really gives you a freedom to search for your match. This is full of stupid bugs which I don’t know why the team is checking.
Moreover the customer care is really useless. I am still looking for resolution of my complaints

The initial version of Jeevansathicom was good, post the upgrade it keeps crashing. You can see quite a lot fake profiles, their pictures, identity and contact numbers are all fake. Not sure it’s created by app team to show the increase in profile. If you are legit be careful with whom you are interacting with. Plus there is zero support from app team.

Jeevansathicom was too good few months earlier with some sort of bugs! But now it is just money making app… literally you need to pay even to see the profiles! And the one recommended is out of the preference and daily limit is too bad… Not worth it at all….. I still remember I use to recommend but now it is not recommended at all… it’s all about how they can make money…

App does not have an option to select B.S. (Engineering) degree. It has a M.S. (Engineering) option but does not have B.S. (Engineering) option available to select. I reached out to support and was told to use the B.E./B.Tech Degree instead on my profile.

You can’t do a Masters without a Bachelors. So if M.S. (Engineering) option is available, then B.S. (Engineering) should be too! Why not just add the option to your app/website? Doesn’t make any sense!

Horrible app. Just playing with the emotions of either the parents and or Girls. All they want is your money. In almost month and a half I see the same girls which they shared on first day. They keep asking to get premium membership which I am not interested in I wish I had read the reviews before signing up and they don’t even cancel the membership even when we called in the first 24 hours of signing up. Horrible Suckers.

Horrible unethical company. They will randomly put your account on hold, won’t let you login, demand pay slips, ‘occupation letter’, ID proof etc. again and again. If you are a paid member, they will keep the account inactive as long as they like and won’t compensate you for the time delay on their end. Worst of all is that you can’t do anything and there is no support to call or ask for help. Stick to other matrimonial apps. These guys are a scam and you cannot be sure if all the data they ask will even be safe.
