My height reverts to 73cm every time when I try to change it ?

Can't get past privacy update screen - when I set my country and confirm with Understood, I get to a page saying 'you shoukd now be redirected back to the app' but I don’t get redirect. I am stuck in the setup process

Go to the app setting , clear the data and resign in and it should work.

Completed a workout, it's showing twice. I don't want to delete yet, and risk losing both. But the main issue, the so is stuck in a loop, keeps asking me if I want to rename the last workout. Whether I click yes or no, it keeps prompting again.

When trying to open app it just displays, LOADING. First couple of days all worked good,now can't go into app. Just loading display on screen

It stuck saying workout processing

Just purchased Myzone and used it for the first time yesterday during my workout. The Myzone was indicating that my workout was at a 100% the whole time. One long Red graph. Being at 100% for 30 minutes would kill me, lol. Please help.

Hi, The app sporadically freezes i.e. during my workouts my cell’s screen shows the app, while in use and on display, frozen. The solution involves shutting the app off and then restarting it for a connection re-establishment. This causes the workout stats to restart from nil. This has happens multiple times. Can you please assist. Thanks.

My device gives erratic readings, It can be in the red zone and then spiral to grey and stay there for several minutes.

My Zone with Heart Rate wrist strap has become unreliable. Today at Neuro Intensive therapy my monitor showed a red zone heart rate of 170 or 100%. I'm 73 years old and was was pedaling at a moderate pace on a NuStep machine. i was talking at a comfortable pace with my very experienced trainer who was sure my monitor was not accurate. Last week ive been getting very low ratings on my exercise bike - in the blue/gray zone no matter how hard i pedal. I've used Myzone for years and have had little to no issues with my phone app. Yesterday, I changed cell phones and when I tried to connect and upload my workout on my new phone I received a message, "Bluetooth and location must be turned on". I verified Bluetooth and location were on and yes, they were. I tried to upload my workout using my old phone, no issues. I've shipped my old phone back to Samsung so that work around is no longer available to me. I've tried to use multiple devises (two tablets) in addition to my new phone and one tablet wasn't able to connect to Myzone app at all (kept crashing/closing) and the other tablet showed the same error as my phone. And, yes, both Bluetooth and location was turned on. I've uninstalled the app on the phone and reinstalled. No change. I've powered down all devices and retried, no change. What is my next step?

First. I really enjoy Myzone. I have been using the belt and app for almost 4 years.. This week (April 2023) I have experienced issues with the app accurately carrying over my workout summary. In real time it is accurate. It is glitching when it goes into daily review and history. My wife's also starting having the same issues this week. Could you please fix this problem. Thank you

I have tried to manually update the app on my iPhone b/c it won’t let me click in the app to update but it is not on my list of apps that need to be updated.

Device seem stuck in a loop on processing my last workout - any idea how I can get it to stop?

My Myzone is stuck on processing and has an error code of HTTP 409 conflict. I can tell it's working as it's picking up my heartbeat. I've tried turning my phone off and back again and it still doesn't upload my recent workout. I know it recorded it as it bleeped when I put it on.

Downloaded the app but it's stuck on loading

The my one belt connects but does not register my calories or heart rate. The screen shows ‘0’ effort. The device is fully charged

I have the opposite problem to everyone else at the moment - it won't stop working! I went for a 22min walk this afternoon with my MZ-3 on, popped one side off (which usually stops it) and put it in my gym bag. When I looked just now it has been stuck on 60% for 07:57:29 - nearly 8 hours! I have disconnected it and have it sat on my desk in front of me with nothing connecting the studs and it is showing that I am still working at 60%! Exercise was never so easy!

App stuck on “workout loading” + I cannot see anyone else workout’s since Sunday (today is Wednesday). Other people can see my workouts since Sunday, but my app is not updating… I update the firmware this morning and restarted my phone…still nothing 😫

Constantly processing. Have carried out the normal remedies of putting it back on when connected to the internet. Even left it on for an idle 10 minutes to see if it would force it to upload my first session; Nothing! Getting pretty annoyed tbh. Polar was far more reliable.

Workout done at 3 This afternoon but still hasn't uploaded now 7 pm also difficult establishing add and holding a Bluetooth connection Looked at all the different permutations to see that it says no workout was done today

App myzone is loading indefinitely and never open the app. I already uninstall e reinstall the app, but always got the same message "Myzone is Loading".

Myzone will not let me sign-in on Apple 11 phone. Say's" check internet connection" I moved to location with full strength signal. No Change. Have uninstalled /reinstalled App on phone a couple of times. Still cannot get past login page. Myzone was working a week ago. Then "Pending Workout Download" Waited for 24 hours. No results. That's when I first uninstalled/reinstalled Myzone thinking that would repair "Pending Workout Download" Nope.

Was having the same issue where the app was not opening. A friend at the gym fixed it. Looks like folks need to clear out their cache and sign back into myzone.

Same problem as everyone else with Myzone not opening - message such as clear cache and the software has a bug. Have removed and reinstalled to no avail.

App just won't open. It was working fine earlier in the week. I've uninstalled, rebooted phone and installed again but has made no difference

Since i had a software update on my samsung S21 my zone app will not open after a few attemps of trying it comes up with a message saying the app has a bug i have uninstalled, switched off phone and back on again and reinstalled and the same issue. had the latest software update on samsung caused a known issue ?

Myzone app keeps closing.

MyZone was working just fine and all of a sudden in the middle of my workout it no longer is working. It either crashes or gives an error message. This started today. I've rebooted my phone in case that fixed it. Still crashes or gives the myzone keeps stopping mesaage.

Myzone app crashes when trying to open on Samsung phone. If you uninstall, then reinstall it opens once, but thats it.

Put belt on and phone acknowledges it is on, but then at end of workout it didn't actually log any of the workout. Has been happening a lot for last week. Ironically, never has problems when in the gym. Glitch with Android app maybe?

Hi, My myzone keeps stopping. I put it on, beeps once as it turns on and after a few seconds does the triple beep that means turning off. While doing the workout intermittently turns on then off again so it does not connect to the devices (phone, gym display) and thus it's unusable. I heard other people having the same issue but couldn't find any solution to it, can anyone help? Thanks

Belt connects but does not report any data then disconnects after a minute or less and says “searching for belt.”
