Summary of ACDSee Pro Problems 🔥

Images appear out-of-focus no matter the degree of image sharpening and clarity applied and saved

Viewing images with Apple’s default image viewer is much better for viewing

If applying too much Sharpness & Clarity inside ACDSee Pro to images, then viewed with Apple’s default image viewer, the images are over sharpened

Using the brush now brings up a edit window that moves as you brush on filter/effects, making it unusable with a Apple pencil and selective edits on IPad

How to fix ACDSee Pro app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ACDSee Pro app on iPhone
Update ACDSee Pro app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ACDSee Pro iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ACDSee Pro on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ACDSee Pro network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ACDSee Pro Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ACDSee Pro not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ACDSee Pro App
1. On android, goto Settings » ACDSee Pro » click [Force Stop]

Update ACDSee Pro to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ACDSee Pro App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ACDSee Pro » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ACDSee Pro.

Fix ACDSee Pro unable to contact server/ ACDSee Pro internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ACDSee Pro » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ACDSee Pro » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ACDSee Pro
