- Everything can only be done if you have VIP.

- The app continues to crash.

I've tried everything listed to fix this app but it tells me " picture is broken whenever I try to save it. I've forced a stop. Cleared cache and data. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing is working. I loved this app but it hasn't worked in month's.

How to fix Z Camera app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Z Camera app on iPhone
Update Z Camera app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Z Camera iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Z Camera on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Z Camera network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Z Camera Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Z Camera not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Z Camera App
1. On android, goto Settings » Z Camera » click [Force Stop]

Update Z Camera to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Z Camera App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Z Camera » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Z Camera.

Fix Z Camera unable to contact server/ Z Camera internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Z Camera » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Z Camera » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Z Camera
