- It takes a while to download pictures and videos.
- There is no “Are you sure” warning when your about to download footage from you camera to your phone.
- The video editing software isn’t great.
- There is extreme throttling when uploading to the cloud.
- The app takes up a lot of space on your phone.
- There is a limitation of how long their video format can be.
- It has been troublesome to use with an IPhone 8.
I have created a video, without problems. When I create a version to put in the Mural or to share it, the application takes some time to prepare it, but the result is a video with only the title and the final image with the text GoPro
I have a mini 11 ,I try to get a frame/photo from video on Quik ,Media ,cloud ,and after pressing save ,it gets stuck on Preparing your media then nothing .. I hope you can help Thanks Sandy
Freezes at 80% no mater what settings and clearing cache makes no difference..
Frequent crashes and fails to complete compile about 70% through the videos.

I saw this message and i have the exact same problem so i just copied the description below "I have a subscription to Quik Go Pro App. I was charged for it. I try to use it and it tells me I must have a subscription. When I try to restore purchase or subscribe, it tells me I already have a subscription. Yet, I cannot use the app past selecting media. When I select “Make edit” I am taken back to the screen that tells me I will have all these features if I subscribe. "
GoPro Quik works perfect to control my GoPro 10. But if I try to control my GoPro 7 with it - it pairs then crashes. I have tried all the recommended work arounds. Nothing. The app stays frozen, even if I restart it. So - OK with 10 - no good with 7. BTW the old GoPro App worked fine with the 7 but when I downloaded Quik it erased the old app from my phone! So now I have no way to connect the 7 any more.

Hi, my go pro Quik app shuts off while connected to my go pro 7 when I try to view media. It freezes then the app closes. Please let me know if you have any suggestions

The app does not let me in. It seems to stuck in the very beginning (first black screen with GoPro Quik name)

My quick app doesn't let me do the final save and download to HD for quality .goes all the way until the 100 % then says try again.
While preparing edit to export video from the Go Quik app, it crasher around 80-90%. Very frustrated!!!!!!!!
When exporting a video project it crashes at 90% during "preparing to edit"
Every time I try to save an edit from the app it says there was a problem saving the video
