Downloaded the Sprocket app but when i open it ,it says server error

Cartridge jamming, photo printing with red splotches & cartridge film separating. Wasted 2 new cartridges trying to correct this. Is this ruined or able to be fixed? It’s happening within the cartridge drawer. Help!
