2nd time. Go to check numbers and blank screen comes up. First time removed app and reloaded. Need this fixed
The app seem to time out during a purchase. I had connected to PayPal then didn’t realize I had to click it again to complete the purchase. After I did me the lotto seems unable to connect to complete my purchase. The app is now stuck and I cannot quit. It keeps saying it’s trying to connect but nothing is happening
I cant join group play, I'm in California and the app thinks im in AZ, therefore wont allow group play for me. I went through my settings and Location says I'm in Los Angeles. This needs to be fixed.
I am unable to open the app. The home screen notes there is an upgrade available. But when I click to upgrade, it takes me to the app store and no option to upgrade. Only uninstall and open. When I click "open" it takes me back to the same home screen with the "upgrade available" I don't want to uninstall and start over as there are funds loaded in my wallet that I might lose.
The app is stuck on waiting on numbers with the clock run out. How do I check my numbers if the app can’t bring in the numbers and check against my numbers??
