How to fix GoTV app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GoTV app on iPhone
Update GoTV app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GoTV iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GoTV on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GoTV network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

GoTV Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GoTV not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the GoTV App
1. On android, goto Settings » GoTV » click [Force Stop]

Update GoTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GoTV App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » GoTV » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart GoTV.

Fix GoTV unable to contact server/ GoTV internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click GoTV » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto GoTV » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GoTV
