Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NetTV app issues:

Force Stop the NetTV App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NetTV app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NetTV to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NetTV App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NetTV app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NetTV.
