I have a popup on app which wont let me access any information. It locks the screen.
📋 32 Reported Issues:
Keeps saying "oops" when I try to put in my flight number
Pop up says "oops something went wrong from our end. Try again from home page." Happening for wks

Manage booking not working
Can’t process payment- keeps saying a processing error. Have used 2 iPhones & 2 laptops. 3 different credit cards. No issue with bank as they authorize payment each time. Aer lingus agents haven’t a clue & all they can offer is to book it for me at an extra cost. Have been trying to book long haul flights for 2 weeks now.
