2 years agoI downloaded the free app and did cancel the subscription 24hours ahead. I also deleted the app off my phone. Later I found they had changers me $35 for a year subscription. Even to cancel the subscription is not easy. The company is just out to scam vulnerable new mum’s.

2 years agoThe person who owns and runs this photo editor is really bogus. They knew what they were doing stealing from new and upcoming mothers. I just find cowardly that they won't refund money which was obviously and purposefully taken especially if every issue seems to be the same issue. Mine is no different, I downloaded it to check it out through the free trial. I, of course, have a new baby and life to maintain and wanted check it out more within the trial dates. Being a new mother, I forgot to cancel my subscription by the end of the trial and was charged which is the trick, right?🤔 Exactly how you all wanted it right??🤨🤨 It's highly unfair especially for mothers who only had that much to take.. I want to cancel my subscription and I need a person who knows and actually cancel it to do something. The instructions given when I last asked did not go through. I want out of this scammy subscription and not a stinky attitude from someone telling me what I said and read when I signed up and I should know why money was taken. I need somebody's help not be robbed any longer..

Do not recommend free trial!
Scammers! I got the free 7 day trial to use this app but I only used it once the one day I downloaded. On the 7th day I was charge a full one years subscription of $34. After reading the policy’s. The policy says to cancel your free trail you would have to cancel 24 hours before the 7 days are up for a full refund??? It should be 6 days than! That’s how this company tricks you into paying a yearly subscription if you don’t cancel before your free trial:( I don’t recommend this app Its not the greatest. I did not get my refund. Now I’m stuck with a yearly subscription that i don’t like. I payed for something I don’t like. Customer service is really bad. You don’t speak with anyone. Everything is through email and still they take up to 3 days to reply back 😒. Only to send you the policy’s of the subscription. DON’T RECOMMEND!

They just want your money
I downloaded this app and signed up for the free trial so I was able to see if it was worth pay for any of the subscriptions. I completely forgot to cancel it and of course I was charged $30 for the yearly subscription (which I did not pick). I cancelled the subscription and asked for the refund, and they are refusing to refund my money since I did not cancel it 24 hrs. Before my free trial ended. I have never had a company automatically charge me for a subscription and then not refund my money when I forgot to unsubscribe, especially within 24 hours of being charged. I was debating using this app, but now I am really frustrated with the customer service and will definitely not be using it during my pregnancy.

So I downloaded this app and it said it would be $2.99 a month. (That is per month not the whole year at once!!!!!) I look on my bank account and this app took $41 from me! I never said this was okay! Apple won’t refund me for it either so here I sit on a temp lay off and pregnant and I’m out $41! Like I said, it CLEARLY stated it would be $2.99 a month. I would NEVER recommend this app unless you want to get robbed like I just did! It’s not worth that price by a long shot! Shame on the people who run this app! Nothing but a bunch of thieves! I would like a refund because trust me, after this, you couldn’t pay me to use this app you cowards! Man up and admit you scam people! Because you did me!
