I downloaded BabyPics and signed up for the free trial so I was able to see if it was worth pay for any of the subscriptions. I completely forgot to cancel it and of course I was charged $30 for the yearly subscription (which I did not pick). I cancelled the subscription and asked for the refund, ... Show more and they are refusing to refund my money since I did not cancel it 24 hrs. Before my free trial ended. I have never had a company automatically charge me for a subscription and then not refund my money when I forgot to unsubscribe, especially within 24 hours of being charged. I was debating using BabyPics, but now I am really frustrated with the customer service and will definitely not be using it during my pregnancy.

I got the free 7 day trial to use BabyPics but I only used it once the one day I downloaded. On the 7th day I was charge a full one years subscription of $34. After reading the policy’s. The policy says to cancel your free trail you would have to cancel 24 hours before the 7 days are... Show more up for a full refund??? It should be 6 days than! That’s how this company tricks you into paying a yearly subscription if you don’t cancel before your free trial:(
I don’t recommend BabyPics Its not the greatest.
I did not get my refund. Now I’m stuck with a yearly subscription that i don’t like. I payed for something I don’t like. Customer service is really bad. You don’t speak with anyone. Everything is through email and still they take up to 3 days to reply back 😒. Only to send you the policy’s of the subscription.

So I downloaded BabyPics and it said it would be $2.99 a month. (That is per month not the whole year at once!!!!!) I look on my bank account and BabyPics took $41 from me! I signed up for a 7 day free trail. Forgot to cancel my free trail. Within 24 hours of my free trial being over I was charged. And in my optional it’s a ridiculous amount to pay for a app. I made one picture and was unhappy with BabyPics and honestly deleted it but forgot to cancel it. I’d be okay... Show more with being charged for only a month subscription but a entire year? That’s ridiculous. The company stands by its claim of “no refunds” which again... I don’t even want a full refund. Just want some of my money back and only charged for a month since I didn’t even use three app for more than a day or even more than one picture... I will not be using BabyPics.

WARNING!! I downloaded the free trial of BabyPics along with a couple others to see which I liked best. When I attempted cancel the subscription it made me contact customer service in order to do so. So just a warning to those that want to cancel, you can’t just cancel without contacting customer service to send you the link and they are not prompt, conveniently causing you to get charged. Not a good way to do business

You would think that a paid app like this would have everything you need to make a creative pregnancy announcement but I’m very disappointed in their selection. I like BabyPics as it is easy to use and helps me keep track of my kiddos milestones. There are a lot of options for different graphics. I do t have time to scrapbook or make photo books, so this has been a huge help in journaling my kiddos life. The only negative is I wish there were more options... Show more of free graphics. This is our first pregnancy, we are super excited and can’t wait to share the news with family and friends. I looked up online and read that this was one of the best websites available. I downloaded it and so far I love all the pictures I’ve done using the stickers available.

Love BabyPics! I’m able to take pics of my baby and make them somewhat professional with the art work from BabyPics . Because of the quarantine, I’m too scared to get professional pictures done. So BabyPics is the best way to get his pictures but still be safe.

I love all the cute artwork and options for my baby’s photo album. It saves me from having to buy physical placards for his monthly milestone pics and the artwork, etc. is cuter than anything I’ve seen in stores or in other apps. BabyPics is also very easy to use. I LOVED BabyPics for the first few weeks of pregnancy. Then when we found out we were having twins BabyPics didn’t have much for them. For example. Every time I post a picture with “week 9 baby is the size of a gre... Show more en olive” everyone and their grandma comments saying “you need to fix it to babies” however there is no option for me put babies instead of baby. That’s a huge bummer for me since I already spent money to make awesome pictures and they don’t have what I’d like for my pregnancy.

Great app with great filters and artwork!!
Easy to use and so much fun to use for when you are pregnant and when baby is born.
Definitely something I will use daily. Makes pictures creative!! Not something that I could do it on my own. Definitely would recommend for anyone!

i had originally purchased access to BabyPics along with the extras in 2016. I haven’t used in several months. I went to use it again today and now it wants to charge me again for something I already purchased. I tried logging in and “restoring” it doesn’t recognize me for some reason. This is out... **update: after contacting baby pics with the access issue they helped set my account up after i provided proof of purchase.

I absolutely love BabyPics. it has so many options!

First time I ever used one of these apps and it was surprisingly user friendly. The only thing I think would make it better is if it had a self drawing feature to doodle. I purchased BabyPics and a few short days later I had my second miscarriage. I don’t have any living children and therefore cannot use BabyPics as I would like. Now, there are tons of options, more ways to create and modify pictures, and cuter choices to pick from. I wi... Show more sh BabyPics was always like this, especially when I was pregnant/had a young baby, BUT I do love BabyPics now and still find plenty of ways to use it with my 2, 5, and 8 year old.

I just downloaded BabyPics. I haven’t had a chance to play with it yet, but I liked that it allowed the opportunity to rate and review it for access to more stickers for free. I am looking forward to using it soon and then will update my review accordingly if needed to do so. The feature that sold... Overall I really like BabyPics and the design. However, I do not like how the options and choices are limited, requiring you to purchase more choices if you want to use those stickers. A little disappointed in BabyPics because it's the same all the time. Fonts don't change. All pictures are the same. No cute quotes. I love using the stickers to make really fun keepsakes. I’ve printed all of my weekly pregnancy pictures to use in my son’s baby book, and it’s so near to be able to quickly and easily find certain weeks. I’m just now starting to use the other stickers for his post-birth photos, and love that it’s ... Show more not just useful during pregnancy.
