i had originally purchased access to BabyPics along with the extras in 2016. I haven’t used in several months. I went to use it again today and now it wants to charge me again for something I already purchased. I tried logging in and “restoring” it doesn’t recognize me for some reason. This is outrageous that I should have to pay for something I already bought access to. Not my fault I bought it at original price and not these new prices.

**update: after contacting baby pics with the access issue they helped set my account up after i provided proof of purchase.

I absolutely love BabyPics. it has so many options!

I LOVED BabyPics for the first few weeks of pregnancy. Then when we found out we were having twins BabyPics didn’t have much for them. For example. Every time I post a picture with “week 9 baby is the size of a green olive” everyone and their grandma comments saying “you need to fix it to babies” however there is no option for me put babies instead of baby. That’s a huge bummer for me since I already spent money to make awesome pictures and they don’t have what I’d like for my pregnancy.

I got the free 7 day trial to use BabyPics but I only used it once the one day I downloaded. On the 7th day I was charge a full one years subscription of $34. After reading the policy’s. The policy says to cancel your free trail you would have to cancel 24 hours before the 7 days are up for a full refund??? It should be 6 days than! That’s how this company tricks you into paying a yearly subscription if you don’t cancel before your free trial:(
I don’t recommend BabyPics Its not the greatest.
I did not get my refund. Now I’m stuck with a yearly subscription that i don’t like. I payed for something I don’t like. Customer service is really bad. You don’t speak with anyone. Everything is through email and still they take up to 3 days to reply back 😒. Only to send you the policy’s of the subscription.

I just downloaded BabyPics. I haven’t had a chance to play with it yet, but I liked that it allowed the opportunity to rate and review it for access to more stickers for free. I am looking forward to using it soon and then will update my review accordingly if needed to do so. The feature that sold me was the fact that it saves your pictures in a special album so you don’t have to go through an entire gallery to find them and it’s all organized in one place.

I downloaded BabyPics a few years ago and honestly, I didn’t love it then. It was just okay. Too many options were only available if you paid more and the selection was just slim pickings. Now, there are tons of options, more ways to create and modify pictures, and cuter choices to pick from. I wish BabyPics was always like this, especially when I was pregnant/had a young baby, BUT I do love BabyPics now and still find plenty of ways to use it with my 2, 5, and 8 year old.

I can no longer access BabyPics unless I agree to pay them more money.

I downloaded BabyPics and signed up for the free trial so I was able to see if it was worth pay for any of the subscriptions. I completely forgot to cancel it and of course I was charged $30 for the yearly subscription (which I did not pick). I cancelled the subscription and asked for the refund, and they are refusing to refund my money since I did not cancel it 24 hrs. Before my free trial ended. I have never had a company automatically charge me for a subscription and then not refund my money when I forgot to unsubscribe, especially within 24 hours of being charged. I was debating using BabyPics, but now I am really frustrated with the customer service and will definitely not be using it during my pregnancy.

I purchased BabyPics and a few short days later I had my second miscarriage. I don’t have any living children and therefore cannot use BabyPics as I would like. I emailed them and they were able to help me during this terrible time. They were very sympathetic to my loss and I very much appreciate it. From the time I did use BabyPics (about 8 days) it was a great app. I definitely plan on using it for my future pregnancies and children.

So I downloaded BabyPics and it said it would be $2.99 a month. (That is per month not the whole year at once!!!!!) I look on my bank account and BabyPics took $41 from me! I never said this was okay! Apple won’t refund me for it either so here I sit on a temp lay off and pregnant and I’m out $41! Like I said, it CLEARLY stated it would be $2.99 a month. I would NEVER recommend BabyPics unless you want to get robbed like I just did! It’s not worth that price by a long shot! Shame on the people who run BabyPics! Nothing but a bunch of thieves! I would like a refund because trust me, after this, you couldn’t pay me to use BabyPics you cowards! Man up and admit you scam people! Because you did me! It’s hard to keep up with social media all the time and the cute pics of your kids when you’re actually living life. I tried to make an awesome chalkboard my first pregnancy... lol sadly, I failed. I think out of the 36 weeks or so after finding out we were expecting, I made like 6 chalkboards! Having BabyPics would have made it so simple! It’s quick and cute and I definitely recommend it to all the moms!

I signed up for a 7 day free trail. Forgot to cancel my free trail. Within 24 hours of my free trial being over I was charged. And in my optional it’s a ridiculous amount to pay for a app. I made one picture and was unhappy with BabyPics and honestly deleted it but forgot to cancel it. I’d be okay with being charged for only a month subscription but a entire year? That’s ridiculous. The company stands by its claim of “no refunds” which again... I don’t even want a full refund. Just want some of my money back and only charged for a month since I didn’t even use three app for more than a day or even more than one picture... I will not be using BabyPics.

WARNING!! I downloaded the free trial of BabyPics along with a couple others to see which I liked best. When I attempted cancel the subscription it made me contact customer service in order to do so. By the time I was sent the link to cancel I was already charged $35 for the entire year and they refused to refund me even though I had been trying to cancel within the trial period. So just a warning to those that want to cancel, you can’t just cancel without contacting customer service to send you the link and they are not prompt, conveniently causing you to get charged. Not a good way to do business

I downloaded and purchased extras with BabyPics in 2017 and have not used it for some time. At some point, there was an update that no requires a subscription, and I can no longer access it without paying again. I’ve emailed the company on 3 occasions asking for this to be addressed, but haven’t received a reply.

First time I ever used one of these apps and it was surprisingly user friendly. The only thing I think would make it better is if it had a self drawing feature to doodle. There are the pre generated ones but I found myself just needing a customized note or arrow. I had to find something similar or change my idea. Not really a big deal. Over all very happy!

This is our first pregnancy, we are super excited and can’t wait to share the news with family and friends. I looked up online and read that this was one of the best websites available. I downloaded it and so far I love all the pictures I’ve done using the stickers available.

I like BabyPics as it is easy to use and helps me keep track of my kiddos milestones. There are a lot of options for different graphics. I do t have time to scrapbook or make photo books, so this has been a huge help in journaling my kiddos life. The only negative is I wish there were more options of free graphics. I feel like all the good ones have to be purchased. Other than that, I highly recommend BabyPics.

Easy to use and so much fun to use for when you are pregnant and when baby is born.
Definitely something I will use daily. Makes pictures creative!! Not something that I could do it on my own. Definitely would recommend for anyone!

You would think that a paid app like this would have everything you need to make a creative pregnancy announcement but I’m very disappointed in their selection. Where is the basic “we’re having a baby” artwork?? That’s what I was hoping for. Or how about other fonts/graphics for the announcement. There’s like 2 options. Lame. I had to find a different app for my announcement.

I love all the cute artwork and options for my baby’s photo album. It saves me from having to buy physical placards for his monthly milestone pics and the artwork, etc. is cuter than anything I’ve seen in stores or in other apps. BabyPics is also very easy to use. I recommend Baby Pics to everyone!

Love BabyPics! I’m able to take pics of my baby and make them somewhat professional with the art work from BabyPics . Because of the quarantine, I’m too scared to get professional pictures done. So BabyPics is the best way to get his pictures but still be safe.

I wish I had something like this first go around to mark all the milestones with my first son. This makes everything so easy! Love the artwork and ability to customize my photos! My only drawback is that I wish there were more photo filters, and/or the ability to manually make adjustments to photos, similar to Instagram. Other than that it’s great!

I love using the stickers to make really fun keepsakes. I’ve printed all of my weekly pregnancy pictures to use in my son’s baby book, and it’s so near to be able to quickly and easily find certain weeks. I’m just now starting to use the other stickers for his post-birth photos, and love that it’s not just useful during pregnancy.

BabyPics is awesome it has everything you’re looking for to make your pregnancy journey awesome and even great with your other bundles of joy ! BabyPics is going to be there for the long haul during the pregnancy and even after couldn’t ask for a better app !!! Love it ! Wish would’ve found it sooner !

Overall I really like BabyPics and the design. However, I do not like how the options and choices are limited, requiring you to purchase more choices if you want to use those stickers. You are paying for BabyPics as it is, then to be required to purchase more if you want to use their stickers is not favorable. There are many other free apps that would probably be just as good.

A little disappointed in BabyPics because it's the same all the time. Fonts don't change. All pictures are the same. No cute quotes. I'm a busy mom and by the time I get a chance to take pictures and use BabyPics , the holiday ones are gone or updated for the new holiday. I paid to unlock the artwork and everything is just blah. Downloaded a different app with so much more to offer
