Does not recognize my home airport MAF

How to fix FLIO app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the FLIO app on iPhone
Update FLIO app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall FLIO iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix FLIO on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve FLIO network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix FLIO not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent FLIO app issues:

Force Stop the FLIO App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click FLIO app. » click "Force Stop".

Update FLIO to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear FLIO App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "FLIO app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch FLIO.

Fix FLIO unable to contact server/ FLIO internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click FLIO » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got FLIO » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch FLIO on android.
