Bay #2 at car wash at Columbia Ave., Columbia, Pa. 17512, did not work. It accepted my Citi credit card, and when I removed the card it charged me $2.40. Please cancel my 2.40 charge.

My app wouldn’t work at the car wash and charged my card the full amount while taking the monthly autopay of 28$. They told me if I keep having issues to just call them and they’d remotely turn on the wash for me. Meantime, I’m at the entrance of the wash bin and waiting “in line” for the CS Rep to answer the phone (customers are waiting behind me to use the wash). They only gave me credit for one time that I had to pay extra saying I should’ve called every time I tried using it. I cancelled because of this and they won’t refund the $14 credit I have - which they actually owe me $28 because it happened twice) I would have to keep my membership and pay 14$ for the month in order to use the credit. I’m done!! Terrible APP - Horrible Customer service. Just don’t do it. I paid like $56 for 2 car washes. Not to the mention the wash itself did a crappy job.

Don’t waste your time with this app. Was leaving town for the month so I wanted to freeze my membership and resume it when I come back. When I tried to freeze it, I repeatedly got an error message that was not allowing me to go through with the freeze. I then went and tried to cancel, and I was able to successfully cancel the membership (or so I thought). I cancelled on the billing day and received an email saying my membership would end on that day, so it was evident that I wouldn’t be billed for the next month. I was then billed for the next month even though the email says otherwise. Customer service is completely incompetent and not personable or helpful in any way, and is refusing a refund. Stay far far away from this company and app.

I’ve been a member for about 2 years and I have to tell you. Your employees are the rudest bunch of people I ever encountered at a car wash. From this new cashier right out the front and back entrances.
Finally one guy cracks a smile and is a bit more friendly. The others? I wouldn’t give you a plug nickel for any of them. I say hello all the time I get no answer. When it’s time to take my car I say thank you. Maybe 1 guy barely says hello.
I decided to stop tipping . Tipping isn’t mandatory but being in the tipping industry I tip. But that’s going to cease. I feel like I’m bothering them to do their job. This cashier is the worst. I left mailing behind right in front of her. When I got back there I said “ oh thank God it’s here.” She never lifted her head from her phone. Someone could have taken it but she chose not to get involved. Very nice to look out for your customers. It sickens me to tip someone for unfriendly, lousy, miserable attitudes and that’s just what EverWash employs.
