Lack of notification on mobile app when there are outages

Recent outage in Aug 2019 was not communicated via mobile app. Furthermore there were errors in the execution of trades which Westpac was unwilling to compensate investor. Lack of a business continuity plan so use this platform at your own risk.

Room for improvement

Charting is good and gets the job done but would love a longer term view of portfolio growth to see how well I’ve performed over the years. There is also a bug that is annoying saying you have $10,000 available in your account and it’s not true.
