Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever LiA app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix LiA app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LiA app on iPhone
Update LiA app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LiA iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LiA on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LiA network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix LiA not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent LiA app issues:

Force Stop the LiA App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click LiA app. » click "Force Stop".

Update LiA to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LiA App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "LiA app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch LiA.

Fix LiA unable to contact server/ LiA internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click LiA » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got LiA » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LiA on android.
