I have no service on my phone and I don't know what to do.
I have a new Tracfone, I enabled it, I'd like to remove the old phone from my account, I set up a new account for my Motorola phone, I want to cancel the auto payment for the old A01 phone too.
I have one phone/one line. The original renewing charge did not keep my new phone on when I changed phones. I have contacted them 12 times. Phone answerers aren't seeing the problem, and many do not speak English. One was nice, but none were bright. So for three months, I've been double billed: one for an account that isn't working. One for an account that is working to keep my phone on. I'm at wit's end and tired of shrieking over the phone that I'm being double billed to people who say "you're not." though it is RIGHT THERE in my record and RIGHT THERE on my credit card bill. Tired of having to ask people to repeat what they're saying three times because they don't speak English. So what I've done is contact my bank every month and refuse one of the charges. And I will continue to do so. But what I want is competent customer service and a clear way, on line, to cancel the extra renewing charge that is doing nothing for me at all. (I've learned not to select auto-renew. After this experience, I can only conclude it is a way for them to scam customers.) If there actually IS a way to turn it off, it's not on any menu I've pulled down on the website via my computer. Quit scamming. Hire competent staff. Make sure they speak English if I have pressed the English button. Make it CLEAR online how to cancel an autorenew charge. Fire whoever coded your automated help line. That is AWFUL and only made me angrier and angrier.
I am not able to use the phone, make calls, or texts. The problem started this morning. It says, "unfortunately, My Account has stopped". I need the phone for my job. I just added more minutes. Please help! The phone is five or six years old, not sure if this has anything to do with what is going on.

I cannot use the phone to text or phone, this number was currently active, the phone number was transfer to the new phone. A pin number sand to me on old phone, I do not have the pin number. I have been with TracFone for many years, and it worked fine for a cheap no contract service. I’ve even highly recommended it to many friends and family. My only concerns have been recently when I had to call customer service after the extremely rude chat assistant couldn’t help me get the service I’ve always had. Apparently they just decided to stop offering the service I’d been bragging about to others. Now I feel cheated and embarrassed about having recommended them. They cannot treat a long-term customer with respect and constancy after all these years? Shameful!
No thank you Ramel. I will not be putting myself through your inept and rude customer service again. There is no excuse for their inability to actually do something about how your business has cheated me and embarrassed me. I don’t need idiots telling me how sorry they are for the inconvenience when they cannot do something about it or connect me to someone who can. No way to run a business.

My father has been with tracfone since 2006. He had a phone that worked on the 3G network and needed to be replaced since 3G will be obsolete eventually. I’ve been working for three days to get the new phone activated. EVERY customer service rep has me do the same actions, they don’t keep notes on what each of them has already done. One day I spoke with four reps and was on the phone for almost five hours, anywhere from 40 minutes to an hour each. It’s now the fourth day and they still can’t activate the phone so it can make calls. Funny thing though…the minutes and days transferred over and I’ll lose them now (1,100+). They say they don’t have a complaint department so I’ll let the whole world know my complaint here, and I’ll file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Wisconsin and Florida.

I used my card to purchase minutes in the app, but somehow my account got hacked and my card information was stolen to purchase minutes I did not authorize and that didn’t go on my phone. I called Tracfone to report it, but they did not do anything for me to get that $40 back nor the minutes that were purchased using my card. I was just told to change my password. I did that and had to cancel my card. This app is not safe to use your card information on. One thing the app doesn’t have is that I would like to be able to receive receipts showing what I bought and when on the app. Also, I’d like to be able to view my phone usage on a report, showing the calls I made on which days. The app is lacking a lot of important information that every customer needs.
