I have been trying to renew my parking permit for the town of Canmore. I tried to set up an account. I keep getting a message saying the app is not working at this time, and gives the error code as 22, but no explanation as to the specifics of that code. This has been happening multiple times over the past MONTH. How can I renew my parking permits if I can never get logged on? If I have an existing account I am unaware of it. So it's a problem with the emails I recieve. All of them just scroll down and dissappear as soon as I click on them. All other emails I receive are fine. Just today I applied for beach parking pass in st.catharines. my ownership picture wasn't showing the plate number, so I need to resend as it is in hold right now. No problem. I just can't click on the email that was sent to do so, without it glitching and disappearing right away. I replied to the emailing explaining this, and requesting to send again, but no answer so far... Help!
