Blinkay: smart parking app Reviews

I just wish it made more sense. Unfortunately the parking fees are designed by people that have no clue. Just find a rate and charge it. Stop with all the variables: time of day fluctuations, daily differences. Charge a flat rate by the hour. This way Blinkay works better and we don’t find people standing by the pay box to get the cheaper rate or free hours. Regarding Blinkay : it struggles to allow confirming location and also you are offered different rate options when they aren’t available. I love the reminders and the stop feature for a refund of unused payment. Blinkay is clearly on the right path. With some help from Sitges government and a few tweaks to Blinkay it will be 5 star.

I happen to be back in Toronto and needed to park overnight/two days. The developers were (supposedly) told last year (filed a ticket) about the issue of overlapping payments, incorrect times displayed (6pm vs 6am) and when extending you seemingly can’t from 6am to 6pm. I tried and got changed double. Same deal different year nothing’s fixed or will be. The company doesn’t care to get things right. Just collect money without doing any work… I’ll go park elsewhere.

Rip off. Fits time user. Had to pay for 3 hrs. Wanted to extend for one hour and it ignored my request and extended for another 3 hrs. There was not cancel feature or stop parking. No refund. Won’t use again

Great UI but I can’t use any of my credit cards. Used multiple and made sure I entered it in correctly.

Hice 2 ampliaciones de tiempo. Después termine tiempo de estacionamiento y me reembolsaron diferencia a mi favor. Pero después me cargaron dos horas mas!!! Sin ningún consentimiento mío

Great app....reassuring to know you have booked a parking space if you've planned for an event beforehand. Peace of mind if attending an event when you know parking can be an issue.

Want to find cheaper parking spaces than NCP etc. Use Blinkay. Works very well. I now use this for all my parking needs!

It is a very good idea, hope we can use Blinkay in more parking lots everywhere!

La verdad muy mala experiencia con esta gente. Trate de registrar 5 tarjetas y todas decían error y luego una alerta de antifraude neta? Que lastima porque la idea esta genial que uno pague Dresde el teléfono y no preocuparse por meterle mas monedas. Pero nefasta la plataforma

Malísima mucho mejor Parco, no se si en otras ciudades sea más amigable

En su área de soporte dice que si hay error humano te ayudan porque hay un respaldo digital y cuando les llamas porque tecleaste al revés tu placa te dicen que no pueden ayudarte y es imposible hablar con un supervisor.
