6 months agoI paid for parking in Canmore. They processed the payment at 3:30. 2 hours after I parked and paid! I received a parking ticket because they checked my liscence plate at 2:50 and the transaction was not put through in time. I now have to pay $100!

7 months agoHi , I was at Banff Alberta last week and I had used the app for 3 cars parking, i paid for the 3 cars separate in three transactions and you guys charged me 13 times that’s mean you charged me $100 more , please I want you to refund my money. Thank you

8 months agoI was charged $35 dollars for parking and received no confirmation so I was unable to attend the beach, no refund has been provided as of yet or any help whatsoever with the issue.

1 year agoI was having trouble processing thr payment for my parking due to technical issues with wireless provider in the region since yesterday. My payment appears to have processed after the 6pm start time as a result. Please assist.

Still broken after a year…
I happen to be back in Toronto and needed to park overnight/two days. The developers were (supposedly) told last year (filed a ticket) about the issue of overlapping payments, incorrect times displayed (6pm vs 6am) and when extending you seemingly can’t from 6am to 6pm. I tried and got changed double. Same deal different year nothing’s fixed or will be. The company doesn’t care to get things right. Just collect money without doing any work… I’ll go park elsewhere.

Rip off. Fits time user. Had to pay for 3 hrs. Wanted to extend for one hour and it ignored my request and extended for another 3 hrs. There was not cancel feature or stop parking. No refund. Won’t use again
