Last 3 orders were over an hour late. Customer service unhelpful and doesn’t seem to care about the customer. They were unable to reschedule orders that were were running over an hour late, and told me I would need to cancel and re-order again.
I’ve used both HappyFresh and HonestBee in Bangkok. The app, ordering experience, delivery experience and customer service are hands down better from HonestBee.

They did not make things right when we were delivered the wrong items on the second order, the store did not ask about replacement items and rider did not even call to notify us simply left the bags with security.
I politely asked to exchange one unopened item on the next delivery and the customer service rep said cannot, we are stuck with the item because of their mistake. Very bad experience.

I have tried happy fresh via the grab app in Jakarta several times during lockdown and nearly every time, the order is filled incorrectly.
Not only are unavailable items consistently listed as available in the app, but when that occurs, the store either sends unclear information regarding replacements or doesn’t notify at all.
The app itself is great, but what’s the point if there’s very little chance of me being able to buy the things I ordered? Very disappointed.
