I am trying to place a small order on Walmart.com My orders are usually over $300 but not tonight. However, I have only a small amount left on my credit card I am a member of W+ so I should not be charged the $6.99 below $35 fee. I know that if I can get through the first "place my order", that $6.99 should be dropped off. But until then, I get a notice that there is not enough money on my card. Is there any way to phone my order in? I need it by tomorrow, 07/15/2023. Or can I email it in but get the $6.99 removed? Thank you.
