Clorox Pool Status

won't process the picture of the test strip, no internet connection, won't let me change my password or log on. please help

I dip the test strip; take the picture using (your app); and all I get is "Loading..." Been using your app for 3 year, and all season, I have been have this problem ????

App opens up asking for notifications to be turned on, they are on and I have reloaded twice. Won’t let me do anything

Test strip not recognized. Closed and reopened and wasted another test strip for it to do it again.😤 It’s been at least 3 days per the comments, fix this!

App will not recognize test strips today- did last week. Even downloaded and reinstalled app- still not working

Retake Picture keeps popping up. That's as far as it gets. I just bought new test strips and still says Retake. Frustrating !

APP STOPPED WORKING TELLS MY THERE IS NO ACCOUNT,BUT i KNOW THERE IS . SEND ME PASSCODE RESET LINK BUT WONT LET ME SIGN ON AFTER CHANGING PASSWORD. I REALLY LIKED THE APP & WOULD LOVE TO USE IT. CAN YOU FIX ?

App not working really miss it

Uninstalled app twice in 2 days . Installed Clorox pool app again . Gets all the way to scan except for one little detail, The scan screen is black NOT STRIP TO SCAN JUST A BLACK SQUARE. I'M done with Clorox and there useless waste of time pool app You name it , this app has not functioned consistently in the 4 years I've been trying to use . Have asked support for answers. They have none . THE APP IS CRAP. Time to move on to an app that will work .

States email and password are incorrect. Need the information for a 240 gal hot tub not a pool. Hot tub is in a garden room.

Says unrecognizable strips on my Google Pixel 6 Pro but it works with Samsung Galaxy ? Is there a separate setting for it to work?

Can't log in. Tried to reset password. Tried Uninstalling and reinstalling. Says something wrong with my internet or doesn't recognize my email.

Clorox pool app won't work. It logged me off and when I attempt to log back on it tells me I have no account or no internet connection. Please fix.

Can't log in. Locks up and says I dont have an acount. Even gets oh oh, not internet connection if you try resetting password.

It wont let me log on. ive reset my password and delted and reinstalled numerous times. it just keeps stalling at the login and sits there for a long time.

I have been using this app for about 1 month. Eventually the "strip not recognized" error started popping up so I had to delete the app numerous times and reinstall it. Now, it is asking me to log in, and the "Logging In" progress bar freezes about 2/3 of the way. Then I get an error message "Uh Oh! An error occurred. Please check your internet connection and try again." Nothing works to fix this, not resetting the app or phone or anything. This is extremely frustrating!

App keeps freezing and or telling me that it doesn’t recognize my email after telling me that my password is incorrect. Also “network error”. I’ve never had so many issues before.

Cannot login

Ever since the app was updated it is malfunctioning. Glitches and then it won’t let me login says I don’t have an account etc.

I cannot login to my account even after resetting password. If I do get in, it kicks me out immediately and gives an error message.

Cannot login have tried numerous times and receive the following messages: (1) network or connection in unresponsive (2) password is incorrect (3) the “supplied email address could not be found”. I’ve deleted and re-downloaded the app and that didn’t work.

Can't log into my account with the Clorox App so I can't use the app. Meaning I can't test my pool or spa!! Forcing the user to have an account to use the app is bad news. I know my account email and PW is correct because I can log into my account on my computer. There appears to be an issue with the app. I'm using an iPhone ios 15.5 which is most current. Any help??

Tried repeatedly to open the app and it will not open. Then it asks me to login again. When I login it does not recognize my email address or my password. I deleted the app then reinstalled it and it still will not allow me to login. Trashing the app and going with another system because this one sucks
