My n26 app is not working, nither finger recognition nor by password via laptop. Im travelling at the moment and in Turkey and cannot log in my bank account....?!

The N26 App does not function correctly with my iPhone13 Mini: it does not display the Bank Balance in full! In answer to my queries the help desk asks me to reduce the font size of my iPhone to a level that I cannot read, to see the Bank Balance; an abysmal answer to my dilemma. This is not the case with the several other banks I use so, after several years with N26 (Metal), I will very reluctantly have to let N26 go finally.

Hello, today I noticed that something strange was happening in the APP, it was requesting to accept cookings , but now I can not acess my account and even the chat - I really need to know what is happening with my savings !!

Hey, my N26 app in my android just disappeared and now unable to download it again. Its my only way to access my savings at this point. I am located in Spain, Mallorca. What could be the issue?
