Neither the booking function on your webite nor the app is working. It tells me my password is wrong, but when I try to reset, I get no email.

I am trying to login and it says my password is incorrect. I tried to reset password but all I get is a gray box like it's working but in the end it doesn't. Please reset my password or send me a link to do it myself

I am unable to log in after repeated conversations via email nothing has worked. They also told me to download their latest app which also doesn't work!!
