Cannot see my group on Church Center
There is no save button on my app only cancel
The church center app will not allow me to pre check in my kids, just shows my church logo, that's it
The app consistently kicks me out and I have to enter my phone number and and get a code to log back in. This has probably happened about 2 X a month since I first downloaded the app.
So annoying!! App doesnt open & i dont get messages for my small group!!
I cannot enter search request in Directory. (Keyboard will not open on screen.)
Email Link does not connect to email.
It keeps telling me I don’t have payment info stored and none of my recurring payments are showing up then an error pops up saying “ERROR” There was an error setting up giving please try again This has been going on since Saturday April 8th 2023

The app is not opening at all. I can’t get on my Church Center app for Hillside Church in Cameron Park CA.
Cannot update personal info. Keep getting ‘Oops… Error updating person’. Have tried deleting and reinstalling, but still get same error.
I can’t login to my account! I select my church and i put in my phone #. Then I enter the code it sends me, my profile pops up for half a second, and then it slides off the screen. I see the church logo and a blank white screen with no profile to choose from. Please help!

I have tried 6 times to load recurring payment. No matter using app or web/internet version same problem happens. After loading payment info I triple check it loaded, verified. Log off, go back into account, recurring payment method is there. A day or two later, is gone. Like I never loaded payment info. Next day, receive email saying payment cannot be processed because none there. I check, yup, no payment method listed. I am for 7th time deleting all from profile and starting over. Is the problem me or that my church has not done Updates to the app?
