This is one of the worst loan companies I ever dealt with. We had Covid come thru and ruin our lives. I got very sick was hospitalized and still made my payments they were late but they received them and because of that I am paying a whole year more of payments. They do not care if you die all they want is money I made all 36 payments and now I have to pay another 12 months that is just down right greed and to think I still made payments even on my death bed and this is what I got in return just aweful no situation could of made anything better being confined to home but I will be damned they were late but I paid all 36 payments and I am a single poor woman struggling to survive but in turn they will have received over 12,000.00 on a 3000.00 dollar loan pretty sad isn't it for me not for them. Do not use Wilshire Consumer Credit with this Covid destroying peoples lives cause they do not care

When they want “your” loan they are all over you yet when its finalized they blow you off. I have written 3 emails and no response. Predatory lender? Not sure yet. i think it seems intentional so you default. BBB next step.

This application has a major processing issue. I have used it to make 4 payments on my account over a 6 month span using two different iPhones (5S on iOS 8 and 6+ on iOS 9.2). All four payments resulted in, "Congratulations, your payment was processed successfully". Which I took a screen captures of each time. Of the four, only one actually was processed; however, I never received an email, phone call or any application notification that there was a processing issue at anytime regarding the 'missing' three payments.

I have notified Wilshire about this and sent them a screenshot of the latest payment and also offered any logs my phone might contain to assist in their investigation. Wilshire states they don't even show me attempting the latest payment in their system which WCCMyAccount clearly shows on my end being successfully. Something is wrong here and WCCMyAccount should be pulled by Apple if Wilshire will not until it is fixed.

You customer service representatives are horrible and unprofessional!!!

Stay far away from Wilshire this has been the worst experience ever for me

I got a title loan and moved states it's been a year and they have not sent my title to new dmv so I paying for a loan and can't drive my car

If u pay more they charge you more it’s bad company my monthly payment 150$ I paid 1300$ one time the change me for that 75$ more than my Loan 🙁🙁

Just not worth it. Save yourself and figure out another option. You will regret having this lifetime payment. And if your late they charge you by the day. Which is pretty ridiculous.

Anything that has to do with Wilshire is terrible.. then they don’t update the credit bureau when you pay your loan off in full.. and I paid it off and they still took out the auto payment. Then when I tried to get the 200$ I over paid because their system is rigged to take your money in every way. They said I couldn’t get it back for another 21 days. Wilshire lacks all integrity ethics and competency.

Cannot login after the update. I can login through the website fine. You should fire your developer. There was nothing wrong with it, now it's completely unusable. Good job guys 👍

It would be better with a pay off feature that doesn’t require calling someone.
