This will be a bit harsh, but I believe the people responsible for this will agree with me. The app is a 1:1 clone of the banking/online banking website, which by itself is not the most modern one. But you can imaging the work that went into this app was minimal. Makes sense since they offer a free account so what should one expect. But for example one nasty โfeatureโ is that you cannot login using faceID. The passwords are also not preset und you need to type in everytime or go via the iCloud password manager. Then it needs a separate tan-generator app instead of integrating the two - the ultimate clutter. Connecting your visa to Apple Pay isnโt working properly either. This app is so bad I am considering to switch the bank just because of it. This app feels like 2005 not 2021.

Look and feel of the app doesn't feel like a real app. At all. More like a mobile version of a regular website. Too complicated. Too many buttons. The depot part is a zero out of five stars. Especially compared to all new broker apps on the market. I'm afraid a regular app update isn't helping much in the future, a complete "from scratch approach" would be needed. Super disappointing for a an online bank.

The overall functionality of the app for basic banking is ok but not great. Do not use it for trading stocks however - Iโve been using it for 8 months now and itโs very unpleasant. It takes them at least a day to process any transaction and show the correct balance. What is worse is that they sometimes fail to fulfil your order but donโt tell you. Stay away.
