I missed an appointment because of the glitches in this piece of garbage, which appears to be a glorified & dumbed down version of zoom. They also offer not tech support in situations like this—and their website & “tech how to” videos are a joke. I’d give it 0 stars if I could.

same thing for the past 3 months. basic functionality is broken. sheesh good thing for them the patient experience doesn't matter or they would already be gone

Just like all of the reviews say, I agree. AdvancedMDTelemedicine steals your money and I’ve been in the waiting room. #caca. I’m just tryna talk 2 a therapist bruh

I showed up on time, sat in the “waiting room” until my Dr. actually called me because neither of us could see each other. My husband’s appointment was right after mine, on his own phone. Same thing happened. She had to call instead.
I went into my settings to see if AdvancedMDTelemedicine had access to my camera, and AdvancedMDTelemedicine doesn’t even show up in the list of apps. That seems like a problem. I feel lucky she was willing to call us, otherwise we would have missed out completely because of this poor app.

I downloaded AdvancedMDTelemedicine and showed up at 2 pm my appointment time. I received a notification which was tiny to hear at 2:50 notifying me that they see I’d logged in at 2:59 and the doctor could only see me now in breaks between other patients.

They wasted 2 hours of my day. They need a better system if it can’t recognize when I logged in to their “Waitkng Room” on time and only notify me an hour later that they finally “see” that I’ve logged in

Had to download AdvancedMDTelemedicine today in order to have a video appointment with my doctor. It was very happy to take my five dollars. And my bank verified that it had done but then it wanted to take my five dollars again and it did not advance me to the point where I could talk to my doctor. AdvancedMDTelemedicine is a rip off and should be removed from the Apple store.

I showed up on time for my appt, and sat in the waiting room, my doctor office secretary called after 15 minutes because they couldn’t see me, worked after a restart, but apparently my doctor switched to using zoom the following week.

I don’t know why my doctor insists on using this. I already missed two appointments because of a constant “network error”. Oh but at least the credit card charging feature works. Can’t wait 5-7 business days to get my money back.
