I downloaded the app and showed up at 2 pm my appointment time. I received a notification which was tiny to hear at 2:50 notifying me that they see I’d logged in at 2:59 and the doctor could only see me now in breaks between other patients.

They wasted 2 hours of my day. They need a better system if it can’t recognize when I logged in to their “Waitkng Room” on time and only notify me an hour later that they finally “see” that I’ve logged in

Worst TeleMed app ever!!!

Had to download this app today in order to have a video appointment with my doctor. It was very happy to take my five dollars. And my bank verified that it had done but then it wanted to take my five dollars again and it did not advance me to the point where I could talk to my doctor. This app is a rip off and should be removed from the Apple store.

I showed up on time for my appt, and sat in the waiting room, my doctor office secretary called after 15 minutes because they couldn’t see me, worked after a restart, but apparently my doctor switched to using zoom the following week.
