All Broken App

I don’t know what updates you made and whole application is broken now. I can even find the menu option properly. every label in the application has a suffix ‘lbl’ to it. please correct CentmPassbook and make it user friendly. Central bank please atleast make digital experience better for banking. I don’t have an option to share the screenshot or else you would be surprised to see the UI of the application. if you don’t have any good development team please connect with me but please improve CentmPassbook . I manage considerable part of my finance through central bank and this is very frustrating.

Doesnt load any accounts

After logging in none of the accounts load. Does this been tested ever, the most annoying app on App Store. Apple how can such apps be allowed?

Choosing account drop down is empty

Not able to choose the account. Hence not able to view the statement. Basically app is not working after the update

Horrible App

Cannot do anything other than view balance. The developers are so far behind compared to Kotak or ICICI bank apps, that they do not care. No pride taken in their work. Writing this review is also not going to wake them up. It’s not like they will read and react.

Connection Error. No Internet Connection

Terrible app, always constantly getting “connection error, no internet connection. Tried on wifi, 5G and multiple devices. Just randomly stopped working. Support team no help at all. Typical customer service in India.
