The app works fine on my galaxy 9+ android. Upon exit certain features or menus are locked up. Have to perform a phone restart. Any ideas?

i have optimum tv and i put the optimum id and password when i go to hit the sign in button it will not let me i push up the screen and try to hold it there so i can hit the buttom but to no avail.

Last several times I’ve tried to watch sabres games app crashes repeatedly. Plays the same couple Jeremy Roenick advertisements then about 5 seconds of game before it crashes. Can’t get it to keep playing game.

I’ve been trying to get the Devils game on the app since it started and can’t. I always have issues with this app. Awful.

I tried watching today’s Sabres game on MSG GO and kept getting a black screen. I did a hard reset on my iPad and was prompted to log-in to my account, which I couldn’t do because each time I entered my username and password I was redirected back to the log-in page (I know my username and password are correct, so that’s not the issue.) This has happened to me many tines before -MSG Go is well known to be a touchy app -but this was the first time I couldn’t watch a game after putting in considerable effort. I rebooted 4 or 5 times before giving up. If you have any advice, I’d appreciate it.
