Baseball and football games have not been working, since August for baseball and no games at all for football. It says "will return next season". I would like to know is the app broken or are you guys just not doing this season because it's very disappointing to be missing out

How to fix MSG Pick’em app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MSG Pick’em app on iPhone
Update MSG Pick’em app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MSG Pick’em iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MSG Pick’em on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MSG Pick’em network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MSG Pick’em Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MSG Pick’em not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MSG Pick’em App
1. On android, goto Settings » MSG Pick’em » click [Force Stop]

Update MSG Pick’em to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MSG Pick’em App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MSG Pick’em » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MSG Pick’em.

Fix MSG Pick’em unable to contact server/ MSG Pick’em internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MSG Pick’em » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MSG Pick’em » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch MSG Pick’em
