I’m adding steps to my trip. Date is fixed as May 3 . I can’t edit the date as it keeps reverting back to May 3. That was last week so now my two new steps are stuck in last week! My tracking trip is going back and forward due to this issue.
The polarsteps is giggling and proceeding on its own along the days without letting me edit and add photos!?
Can’t upload videos. Anyone who has a fix?
Several invitees are unable to see any of my trips. They get the message : no public trips. No duh, that’s why I invite them. It’ happening quite often and it very disappointing.

Ik gebruik Polarsteps op mijn mobiel en ik ben altijd ingelogd. Ik ben op reis geweest en heb Polarsteps gebruikt. Nu wil ik graag een fotoboek maken maar het emailadres wat ik ooit als username aangemaakt heb, bestaat niet meer. Dus ik kan geen fotoboek maken en ook mijn emailadres niet wijzigen, omdat er dan een link gestuurd wordt naar een emailadres dat niet meer bestaat. Kunnen jullie mij op een of andere manier helpen. Een nieuw account aanmaken is geen optie, wil graag een fotoboek van mijn laatste reis. Wie kan mij helpen?
MyPolarsteps is not synchronise anymore the last four days. The internet seems to be ok. What can I do
Cannot edit a step. It is showing the step for my trip as planned even though it has already happened. My network was off at that step. How can I fix this step so I can edit.

Hello, Following the last update of polarsteps app, when looking at the flags that I collected, many of the flags do not correspond to the country when clicked on. Ex. for Canada I get a flag that has 2 blue and 2 red squares. For Greece I get the Jamaican flag. There are many that do not correspond. On top of this when I connect through my laptop and use the browser they seem to correspond well. So it is basically a problem with the app. I tried looking for a newer version of the app and it seems as if I am up to date. I have screenshots if you need any. Thank you. Spiros Konstas.
One of my steps in the middle of my trip stays 'offline'.
My previous trips can not load anymore. Lost all my followers and statistics about previous trips. How can I fix this?
My followers can’t see all my photos. They only see a few. Everything was synchronized succesfully, so that is not the problem. My internet is perfect, so that’s not the problem either. Please help! Kind regards, Roy and Jetske

I lost everything. Can not enter polarsteps with my normal code. New code was given but now I lost everything Best regards
Al my followers are gone, my trips are entry and the one that I follow are gone? What is the matter?
Can not download photos and keep crashing when I open it….. grrr driving me mad!
My followers see less steps then yesterday. I lost around the four latest steps. I synchronised my steps several times, and here is says synchronisation successful. The problem might be at the Polarsteps servers?

Hello, Problem by sharing a trip to followers. My followers get the secret link from me, but still have to login . In your help you say that followers do not need An Account. Please help
My partner is logging a trip (Saiful.nurdin@redacted) and the first few destinations worked perfectly but now photos aren’t being seen by others, other than just one or two. We’ve tried all the online tips but nothing works. We have good internet, can you help?
