My Coolwear app won't even let me open it. It crashes non stop and I can't access the app. I un-installed it and reinstalled it and it still isn't working.
downloaded the app from the playstore on to my android phone .it will not open ??????? Was working fine untill about a week ago ,,Have uninstalled and re installed numeras times but still cant get it to work therfor my watch is usless???????????????

Just purchased the watch and set it up. The watch doesn’t turn on when I raise my wrist even though it’s set up in the settings to do so. What do I need to do?

My CoolWear stopped tracking sleep and also steps on the app. It worked for sleep for two nights and then stopped

I purchased a Smofit smart watch on Amazon that uses the Coolwear app. I want to change the watch face to one that is not on the watch but the app shows no other watch faces when I click on that option. When I submitted a question regarding this to Amazon I received answers stating that there are loads of choices on the app. Everything else seems to work fine. I am connected and paired. Any Ideas?
1. I keep getting error message on phone. 2. It is not recording sleep? It will say 1 hour when I had several. I sleep odd hours often 1-2am-1-2pm I have fibro and need a lot of sleep and if this part worked it would be very helpful to understand my exhaustion issues if sleep related or fibro/diabetes. The app has stopped recording sleep. My watch shows it, but there is nothing tracked on the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app but it is still not tracking it.
I just noticed the app stopped tracking sleep and blood oxygen and heart rate near mid january
I am getting a Network Error Please Try Again - weather app will not sync. Removed, re-paired, restarted all devices ... Still nope
1) I am getting the following message in the Android Coolwear app: "Network Error please try again". 2) The weather feature on the watch displays: " Please connect to APP to update weather". Is this just to be expect because this app and watch are on the low end of the consumer market? I am disappointed.

I have install cooler app on iPhone 6 running software 12.5.5 however when I hit the icon it opens and then closes immediately and thus unable to pair smart watch. The same watch pairs with app on iPhone 11 with software 15.6
