With all of the text savvy individuals and talent of the present day, it is disappointing that eConnect is outdated. Upon immediately opening eConnect , I had no idea where to go for legal consultation, loss recovery, financial advice, mourning coaching, or anything else really. Each available resource subject should be located on a quick tab that immediately takes you to a new page with all of the resources. It was disappointing that self help tips and articles were the primary avenue for assistance. If someone is going through hard times, the odds of them reading countless articles is very slim. Even viewing eConnect in the download page and seeing the 2.6 star rating was concerning and disheartening. Reviews state that as long as five years ago, people found eConnect to be outdated and not user friendly even then.
Tried text coach for the first time a few days ago. Was texted a survey to send back. Nobody has contacted me since. Disappointing. Tried to make an teletherapy appointment. There are none available. I think this is a scam.
eConnect doesn’t even work. It says you have to use the webpage url.
App-solutely terrible. By the time a page loads I’ll have quit the job that offers this
it does not take me to my company BV page to log in. I have uninstalled and redownloaded two times
Runs slow for no reason, likely to reduce services
Every time I open eConnect , it wants me to sign in. It acts like I’ve never signed up and always takes me to websites, app is useless.
This has to be the worst app I have ever attempted to use. It is painfully slow, cumbersome, and the functionality would not be acceptable for the 1980’s. eConnect needs to seriously up their game.
eConnect is slow, gets stuck, you will spend most of your time setting it up and you will still get logged out. Awful!
Had a poor experience with the provider I saw. I didn’t have high expectations to begin with, but they turned out to be completely inadequate at their job. Makes me seriously question the credibility of this company.
Very poorly designed app. Navigation in eConnect is poorly designed. eConnect takes you to articles and not the resources you’re looking for. In the end you end up calling the customer service line. eConnect is basically useless.
What a terribly coded app! The pauses with blank screens are numerous and annoying. Really needs overhauling.
I just tried to use their chat feature within their posted hours, and three times in the last hour I’ve received no response. If the point of eConnect is to have someone available when you need them, it’s already failed.
Text coach support is not at all what I’d hoped for. The coach texted me a few times and then completely disappeared. Also I think notifications aren’t properly established so that you know when you get a reply. You have to open eConnect or you don’t know you have a new message.
I love LOVE this program. I use it frequently. eConnect could be more user friendly, it just feels like using a desktop computer as opposed to an app.
Love this application and the support it gives. Very helpful and a complete replica of the web portal.
I’m an educator and my school has provided SupportLinc for years. I was happy to see the new update contains a way to schedule video counseling. Love it!
These guys have now saved me twice from my burning desire to draw last breath.

Very easy to use.
My employer recently changed EAPs to SupportLinc. I requested information and got a response from SupportLinc less than 30 minutes later, and am scheduled to speak with a financial advisor tomorrow for free. The big Request Info button on the front of eConnect made it easy!
