I have a samsung A22, with an android version of 13 and a one UI core version of 5.1, but it tells me the app isnt compatible. is there any way i can change that or will i just not be able to download the app at all?

Wij hebben een geregistreerde ster, bij die beschrijving stond , dat we de star finder app moesten downloaden. Dat hebben wij ook gedaan, maar die app doet werkelijk niets! We kunnen niet 1 ster zien. Hoe kunnen wij dit oplossen?

1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » OSR Star Finder » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart OSR Star Finder.

Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto OSR Star Finder » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch OSR Star Finder
